The exam is conducted for the posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) ,Junior Engineer (Mechanical) ,Junior Engineer (Electrical), Junior Engineer (Electrical and Mechanical) , Junior Engineer (Quantity Surveying and Contract) by the staff selection commission.
SSC JE Exam Pattern 2019-2020
After Applying for the Recruitment process of SSC JE Every candidate has must to know about the JE Exam Pattern. SSC JE Recruitment Process has to be done in 2 Parts of Examination. SSC JE Tier 1 Pattern
SSC JE Tier 1 has an Computer Based Test in which objectives types of 200 questions will be asked and Total Marks to be given is 200. time limitation has to be decided is 120 minutes. Examination paper of level 1 has 3 section containing 3 subjects in it. These Contained subjects are mentions below :-
- General Intelligence and Reasoning
- General Awareness
- General Engineering For Civil & Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering

Note:- General intelligence and Reasoning or General Awareness are compulsory Subject in Level 1 but General Engineering Subject are divide into 3 parts in which a candidates has to answered his Core Branch Subject only.
Note :- candidates has to attempt the General Engineering paper according to the subject which he/she select at the time of Registration or applying online.
If a Candidate is from civil branch and he/she chose the option of Structural Engineering paper after that candidate has to attempt the paper General Engineering paper of Civil and Structural Engineering.
Candidate who is from Mechanical Branch has to attempt the Exam paper of General Engineering from Mechanical
candidates who is from Electrical has to attempt the paper of Electrical General Engineering Paper
SSC JE Tier 2 Pattern
JE Tier 2 has a written Test level. In which candidate has to face a Written Examination. This Written Examination has give 300 marks and time allotted for this written Examination is 120 minutes. Questions will be asked from Core branch Only.

A candidate who is from Civil Branch has attempt the Exam paper of General Engineering in Civil and Structural, Candidate from Mechanical Branch has to answer the Exam Paper of General Engineering paper In Mechanical and Electrical Branch Holder has to answer the exam paper of General Engineering in Electrical Only.
Advise :- There is to be 1/4 part of each Mark has to be deducted for every wrong Answer in Level 1 and That’s the so much important think which is every candidate has need to keep it in mind.
